Our monthly meeting is held the first Monday of every month at 6pm at Clymore Elementary School in the cafeteria. All parents are encouraged to attend and to share your thoughts and ideas. If you have an active athlete registered in the last year in one of our programs and are current on all dues and fees, you are a full member of the VCA. Please be active and attend the meetings to vote and elect board members, select coaches for our programs and to help our association grow and improve. There is a lot that takes place behind the scenes to make all the programs happen for our kids. We can't do it without you. Please volunteer and help us provide the best experience for the kids.
